Coaching Terms & Conditions

Our coaching programs are uniquely designed for private practitioners who are committed to doing the work to achieve the results they desire in their lives and business(es). Please read the below terms and conditions.  

Coaching Structure & Attendance

Coaching occurs on a scheduled date and time with or without other group members. You are informed and agree prior to coaching whether coaching will be 1:1 or with others. Once the coaching session is scheduled, it is expected that you attend. The current coaching platform that we use is Zoom. This is subject to change at any time, and you will be informed.  

In preparation for our coaching calls, please assure that you have a laptop, strong WIFI and are free from distractions. Be ready to fully participate.  

Coaching calls are recorded only upon your request, and if recorded, you will receive a copy of the coaching call.

Scheduling:
  • All coaching sessions must be scheduled within 1 month of the initial purchase date. 

  • FOR ONE ON ONE SESSIONS: We want you to get the best possible results possible from coaching, which is why we require that you use your coaching sessions within 3 months of the initial purchase date. 
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
  • FOR ONE ON ONE SESSIONS: If this is a 1:1 session and you MUST cancel or reschedule, it must be done within 24 hours otherwise you will forfeit the cost of your coaching session.  
  • FOR GROUP COACHING: Group coaching dates are scheduled in advance and are not able to be canceled or rescheduled.  If you are unable to attend, the session will be recorded and made available for you. It is expected that you listen and/or watch the coaching session you missed prior to your next coaching session, should there be one, and complete any growth work associated with the missed session.
Payment:

Coaching must be paid in full or through a payment plan, if offered, and is non-refundable. 

If the coachee’s credit or debit card changes or expires it is their responsibility to assure to update the card on file, so payment can be taken in a timely manner. As a courtesy we will send you an email if your card can not be billed. 

You have 5 days to update your payment information, after which there is a $50 late fee added to your account. If the balance is not paid by the deadline, your access to services and our private online community (for e-course and coaching clients) will be temporarily suspended until the outstanding balance is paid.

Access to the services will resume once the card on file and late fee if applicable has been updated and payment is completed.

Transferable:

Coaching MAY BE transferred to another clinician in or aspiring to be in private practice.  This must be discussed and approved by The Private Practice Central prior to transferring to assure the clinician is a good fit for The Private Practice Central and vice versa.  

Results:

In order to obtain the maximum results you desire for your business, it is important to:

  1. Maintain consistent communication with your coach.
  2. Be prepared, on the calls on time, be ready to participate and interact.
  3. Complete tasks and growth work in between coaching sessions to facilitate momentum towards the goals you desire in your business. It is important that you prioritize your time and schedule to complete growth work in between sessions.
  4. Understand that results aren’t guaranteed and require you to take consistent, committed, action and that they develop over time.
